The staff were friendly & helpful. Every floor has a kitchen where you can help yourself to drinks, cereal, toast, ham, cheese and fruit in the morning from 7-10am. The location is fantastic. It is very central and near plenty of bars and restaurants. It's near a ot of the main bars that do live music in the afternoon and evening every day. A lot of these places serve food as well. The room has everything you need, tea and coffee facilities that are topped daily. Lovely shower and a tv that you can get YouTube on, etc. Towels are also replaced daily.

Incredible location, close to everything you need, including pubs, restaurants and the big shops. Centra was next door for anything you needed. Receptionist was very nice. Vending machine in the lobby. Only a short taxi ride to Titanic Experience. Room had a cool industrial feeling. It reminded me of the Rezz in Cork.

This in no way affects how Professional and Efficient they conduct themselves in work. Staff will go at length to help you book trips if you struggle with computers.
