Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Compact room but it had everything I needed. Clean. Late opening convenience store next door. Could walk everywhere easily. Could stow bags after checkout which was helpful. Plenty of hot water. Decent value for money.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Every floor has a kitchen where you can help yourself to drinks, cereal, toast, ham, cheese and fruit in the morning from 7-10am. The location is fantastic. It is very central and near plenty of bars and restaurants. It's near a ot of the main bars that do live music in the afternoon and evening every day. A lot of these places serve food as well. The room has everything you need, tea and coffee facilities that are topped daily. Lovely shower and a tv that you can get YouTube on, etc. Towels are also replaced daily.

Comfortable bed, plenty of room for a couple. Plenty of channels on the TV. You could see one of the Harland and Wolff cranes from the window! Incredible location, close to everything you need, including pubs, restaurants and the big shops. Centra was next door for anything you needed. Receptionist was very nice. Vending machine in the lobby. Only a short taxi ride to Titanic Experience. Room had a cool industrial feeling. It reminded me of the Rezz in Cork.

Close to all amenities. Warm rooms, bigger than expected (we were in a corner room so not sure if this had anything to do with it or if all are the same) with big windows. Basic but very decent breakfast with a few options, despite the limited seating available. Our room was very clean and staff were friendly. WiFi was strong enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

Continental . Eat your fill. Location great. Bus from Belfast International Airport stops approxamately 50mtrs from Hotel. Staff are on the ball. All young staff and so polite and friendly. This in no way affects how Professional and Efficient they conduct themselves in work. Staff will go at length to help you book trips if you struggle with computers.
